From analysis to process development
The decision to invest in an induction system is generally preceded by an analysis of customer-specific requirements, which is performed in our own testing and measurement labs. These are equipped to perform and document the whole range of metallographic and thermal analyses. The hardening accessories each customer will require for their own specific application are then planned and designed in the INDUCTOHEAT design office. The final result is a detailed set of process documentation based on prototypes and small production runs.
Plant and mechanical engineering
Our standard machines are not only ergonomic in design, they have also been developed by experienced hands-on engineers to meet practical needs in everyday operation. Right from the start, our number one priority has been to maximize operating convenience and permit fast resetting and facility for flexible upgrading. Whether for prototype or series operations: The modular design principle of all our systems means you are ready to switch over to new hardening processes with only a minimum delay.
