Our commercial operations are based on four underlying fields of activity:
- Analysis, application and process development
- Plant and mechanical engineering
- Contract hardening
From analysis to process development
The decision to invest in an induction system is generally preceded by an analysis of customer-specific requirements, which is performed in our own testing and measurement labs. These are equipped to perform and document the whole range of metallographic and thermal analyses. The hardening accessories each customer will require for their own specific application are then planned and designed in the INDUCTOHEAT design office. The final result is a detailed set of process documentation based on prototypes and small production runs.
Plant and mechanical engineering
Our standard machines are not only ergonomic in design, they have also been developed by experienced hands-on engineers to meet practical needs in everyday operation. Right from the start, our number one priority has been to maximize operating convenience and permit fast resetting and facility for flexible upgrading. Whether for prototype or series operations: The modular design principle of all our systems means you are ready to switch over to new hardening processes with only a minimum delay. And your investment is restricted to those functions you need at the present.
Our ability to construct customized special-purpose machines has impressed a good few renowned customers over the years. After all, our machines are designed for reliability and top performance – meaning a sharper competitive edge for our customers.
Whether you are looking to invest in a standard or customized machine, a stand-alone solution or a complete line: The modular principle and the use of state-of-the-art technology make sure of outstanding ease of maintenance and outstanding operational reliability every time, guaranteeing a high throughput for large-scale series manufacture and maximum economy for small production runs.
Whether one-off or series production: In our contract hardening shops we place the benefit of our collective expertise at your service. Fast, precise, reliable and cost effective. When time is at a premium, we can even guarantee a turnaround within 24 hours. And through our cooperation partners, we also offer associated processes such as conventional and laser-based hardening.
We will be right there to support you throughout the entire life cycle of your equipment, with the backing of a qualified team of specialists active around the world. We can guarantee you technical support within 24 hours.
